Non-Degree in Chemistry

Students who wish to apply for admission to the Chemistry graduate program as non-degree seeking students must have obtained a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.0. It is expected that the student will submit a statement of purpose with their application describing their reasons for enrolling with our department. If a non-degree seeking student later applies for graduate admission as a regular degree-seeking (and is admitted by the department), the total of transfer credit may not exceed 6 credit hours. All coursework considered for transfer credit must be approved by the department.
